Florist contacted me quickly regarding the delivery as well as an issue with not having the exact bottle configuration. Final arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. I very much appreciated the florist keeping me informed on the progress (as it was a same day order and delivery).

Thank you so much for delivering these birthday flowers the same day we ordered them. In fact, I placed the order around 3 pm and they arrived a couple of hours later. The flowers, the bottles, and the metal holder are exactly as pictured and made such a beautiful, unique gift. You guys rock and will be my go to flower shop in San Francisco from now on.

Very cute, and the service was impeccable -- called my recipient to ensure timing of delivery, send me a photo of the actual arrangement (which looked identical to the picture), emailed me when delivery was completed. This is definitely my go-to flower shop for the neighborhood.

The flowers were beautiful! Delivery was stressful, being that the original driver didn't speak English and couldn't find the location, but the flower shop had excellent communication with my daughter and the second try was successful!! They showed they really care and proved honorable in the middle of a trying situation. Will highly recommend this florist!
