I purchased this bouquet for my daughter in law's birthday. I called the florist to upgrade it with more Queen Protea flowers (her favorite flower) and arrange them in a vase. I also asked if they could send me a photo. They sent me the photo and it was beautiful but not what I was hoping for. I called the florist right away and even though the arrangement was already on its way she had the driver turn around and bring it back. She explained that there was a miscommunication and promised to add more Queen Proteas and redo the arrangement and still deliver it on the same day. She sent me a photo and it was stunning. The florist even suggested that I didn't have to pay for the upgrade or the delivery which I declined because the arrangement was worth every penny that I paid. I am so happy to have found a local florist in San Francisco that I can turn to for special occasions! My daughter in law was overwhelmed by the flowers and called me immediately to tell me she got them and send me pics! Thank you so much! You made her day...and mine too!
