My experience with Flowers of the Valley was fantastic! Great customer service. My son lives in San Francisco and we live in Chicago and I wanted to make sure the flowers got to him on his birthday. Flowers of the Valley -- specifically Erin -- went out of its way to stay in touch with me. They knew the occasion -- his 21st birthday -- was very special and they created a gorgeous arrangement.
